ePACT is a fast-growing tech start up that provides customers with an online and mobile emergency support network. I was hired to refresh and strengthen their digital brand and assist in telling the company's story in a way that would attract new family and organizational customers. Although ePACT is meant to help in sometimes dire situations, the imagery focused on positive human connection and the message was one of safety, trust, reliability and assurance. I created a solid foundation across all major touch points – including a robust new responsive website, their first mobile app, employee photography, marketing sales pieces and email templates.
Working together with ePACT's Information Architect, we fine-tuned the ePACT user experience for on-the-go users – giving organizations quick and secure access to their member's emergency records any time, anywhere.
An important part of telling ePACT's company story was introducing the people who work there. I art directed ePACT's first company photo shoot, working with photographer David Ellingsen to capture each employee in a casual, light-hearted way.
