Explore Canada Like a Local is a user-driven social media website created for Canada Tourism Commission. Site visitors can check out local hot spots, read realtime FourSquare tips and comments from travellers and create and share their own travel lists. Working freelance for Tribal DDB, I was tasked with extending the initial design direction (created by Murray Falconer) to all pages of the site. I worked closely with an Information Architect and the rest of the Tribal DDB team to help refine the site's user interface to streamline the way users moved through the vast amount of content. The site was a Webby Awards People's Voice Nominee and was featured in the New York Times.
